By entering a bid, the buyer agrees to all of the terms and conditions listed below.
REPRESENTATION
Except for guaranteed items, all sales are final and all items are SOLD AS IS. Treasured Auctions will do its best to accurately list the item's description, age, medium, and condition, which includes damage, repairs, or restorations. However, it is only to be treated as an opinion. Treasured Auctions makes no warranties or representations of an item's authentication, condition, age, medium, and provenance of any Lot. Please refer to all of the photos, which are part of the description and condition report, the absence of these descriptions or conditions shall not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Buyers should expect signs of wear consistent with age.
GUARANTEE, RETURN AND REFUND
For guaranteed items only. All guaranteed items have a dedicated guarantee disclaimer under the item's description. We guarantee the item's authenticity and the correctness of its identification. We encourage you to check your item/s and offer a return and refund at the time of pick up if the buyer can provide adequate proof/reason disapproving the item's authenticity or correctness. We do NOT accept any return under any condition after 1 month of the pick-up day.
PLEASE NOTE: For coins, bullions, and paper notes only. To prevent fraud and keep the premiums down for our beloved customers. We do NOT accept any refund request for any coins, bullions, and paper notes related to its condition. We do NOT accept any refund requests for shipped items or once the buyer leaves the pick-up table and comes back. Our refund policy exclusively pertains to cases where the item's authenticity is in question.
For a select group of established buyers. We also offer a refund for shipped item/s if the buyer can provide adequate proof/reason.
For refund, the buyer will be refunded within 3 business days after the item is received in the same condition as sold. A tracking number shall be provided by the buyer for any shipped item. Treasured Auctions shall not be responsible for any lost or damaged item and reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is lost or returned damaged.
We do NOT accept any return under any condition after 1 month of the pick-up day.
PAYMENT
All payments must be made before the pickup day. Any winner failed to make payment before the pickup day will be blacklisted permanently and reported to Auction Ninja for a site-wide ban without notice.
SHIPPING
a) Please email us (treasuredauctions@gmail.com) about shipping or alternative pick-up before the pick-up date, or it will be considered forfeited without a refund.
b) It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange shipping or alternative pick-up, Treasured Auctions will not initiate the shipping process unless being requested by the buyer. If the buyer fails to respond to the shipping quote email within 7 days, the buyer's won item/s will be considered forfeited without refund.
c) All shipping requests sent through other methods, (i.e. auction ninja messages or text) may experience delays or non-response due to technical difficulties.
d) Item/s will be shipped within 3 business days after a confirmation is received from the buyer.
e) The shipping address must match the address on the invoice. If you need to change the shipping address, please reply to the shipping quote email and clearly state that you need to update or change the shipping address. Treasured Auctions shall not be responsible in case of lost item/s due to the buyer's failure to update the shipping address.
f) All items will be packaged properly, professionally, and shipped through either UPS or USPS fully insured with tracking.
g) The buyer understands that Treasured Auctions is ONLY acting as an agent for the buyer. We are not responsible for any damages or loss during transit. We will file for any loss or damage claim to the appropriate carrier on behalf of the buyer. Treasured Auctions will reimburse or deny the reimbursement to the buyer based on the decision of the carrier. Any credit card chargeback filed against Treasured Auctions due to loss or damage during shipping will waive Treasured Auctions any responsibility to seek reimbursement for the buyer.
FEES
a) There is a handling $10 fee for any item arranged for a different pick-up day or shipping. However, multiple items in one invoice/package may be combined to $10 per invoice/package. The $10 fee is used for credit toward labor and materials if shipping is requested.
b) For trading cards only, a $5 handling fee will be charged on top of shipping costs.
All single cards sold over $5 will have a penny sleeve and top loader included if not photographed with one.
Additional top loaders can be requested for specific cards for $0.25 each
Invoices over $25 containing ONLY trading cards will have the $5 handling fee waived.
ITEM FORFEITURE
Item/s not picked up within the designated time without prior written notice for shipping or alternative pick-up before the designated time will be forfeited without a refund. If Treasured Auctions do not receive a response to the shipping quote email within 7 days, the buyer's won item/s will be considered forfeited without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service or charge a storage fee if the shipping request is sent after the pick-up day.
PICK UP
a) Winning bidders are responsible for large/heavy items and for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie-downs and manpower.
b) We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.
c) If the winner sends an agent for pick-up, an agent must provide copy of the invoice for identification.
d) Photo ID, and a digital copy (through email, text or photo on-site) of the buyer shall be required for invoices totaling over $1,000.
